Returns

We are sorry your item didn’t work out. But no worries because at Forever Moore, we offer a hassle-free return experience. We do not offer cash refunds; however, we will gladly assist you with an exchange or store credit.

Please contact Forever Moore via: email within 7 calendar days notifying us of your return so we can be on the lookout for it.  All exchanges must be within 14 days from the day your item was received according to your tracking number. You are responsible for covering the return shipping cost and must attach our Forever Moore return slip along with your contact info.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Due to the high demand on our items, quantities may be low and/or sell out quickly. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your item is returned. We suggest that you place a new order for the item of your choice and once your returned item is received, we will credit your account and send an updated credit balance via email.
